Huskies Season Ends 1-2 to Brunswick
Congrats to all the seniors who helped build this program and take us to a regional final in the first full season for PMHS.  You will be missed next year!

Patterson Mill Heading to Regional Finals
On Friday night, the Patterson Mill Boys defeated Harford Tech 4-0 to earn a trip to the regional finals.  Brendan Moore started the scoring for the Huskies with a goal assisted by Rob Roney. Roman Davidyuk, Spencer Bowers, and Carmine Hess also scored in the win.  Matt Golczewski had 2 assists for the Huskies while Kyle Walczak added 1.  Tyler Parrish and Ryan Parks combined in goal to earn the shutout.  On Tuesday, the Huskies travel to Brunswick for the Regional Final game.

Huskies Advance to Regional Semi-Finals
Face Harford Tech at Home - Friday, Nov. 6th at 3:30

The Patterson Mill Huskies defeated Perryville 2-0 on Tuesday night to advanced to Fridays Regional Semi-Final game vs Harford Tech.  Despite taking close to 30 shots, the Huskies were only able to put in 2 on the Perryville keeper. Sophomore Kyle Walczak scored both goals for the Huskies - assisted by Rob Roney and Dan Kalthof.  Goalie Tyler Parrish stopped 7 shots to earn the shutout. Way to go Huskies!


Huskies End Season With 2 Straight Wins

The Patterson Mill boys soccer team ended their regular season with wins against Perryville (5-1) and vs Harford Tech (6-0).  In the Perryville game, Roman Davidyuk and Kyle Walczak led the way with 2 goals each, while Aaron Childs added the 5th goal. Tyler Parrish made 7 saves in the goal for the Huskies.   In the Harford Tech game, senior Ricky Lawrence scored his 1st and 2nd goals on the year to lead the Huskies over the Cobras.  Roman Davidyuk, Jon Withrow, Matt Golczewski and Aaron Childs also added goals. Brendan Moore dished out 2 assists, and Mike Delinski, Ross Catron, and Matt Golczewski each had one.  Keepers Tyler Parrish and Ryan Parks combined to earn the shutout.

JV Finished Season with 10-2 Record

Congratulations go out to Coach Joe Puleo and the JV Huskies as they completed their season with an 11-1 win vs Harford Tech and a 10-2 record...with both losses being 1-0 games.  Sophomore Tyler Moan finished as the JV leading scorer with 9 goals and 4 assists, while Rick Snyder (6G, 9A) and Connor Neumann (9G, 1A) were second and third.  This years team broke the 2007 records of wins in a season, goals in a season and goals allowed in a season.  Way to go guys!!
 


Huskies Win Two in a Row

 

The Patterson Mill Huskies won the first two games last week defeating Havre de Grace 3-2 and Edgewood 2-0.  Playing in Havre de Grace, the Huskies got on the board first with a goal by Carmine Hess, assisted by Roman Davidyuk.  The Warriors tied the score at 1-1 until Kyle Walcazk scored on another assist by Davidyuk.  Havre de Grace tied the game at 2 and the two teams played overtime.  Senior Rob Roney ended the game in the 2nd OT scoring on a throw by Spencer Bowers.

In the Edgewood game, PMHS got goals from Rob Roney (assisted by Kyle Walczak) and Roman Davidyuk (assisted by Roney) to win the game 2-0.  Tyler Parrish made 7 saves in goal to secure the shutout win.
 


 



Patterson Mill Struggles to Score in 2-1 Loss to Elkton

On Thursday, September 10th, the Patterson Mill Huskies dropped a close game to Elkton 2-1.  Despite outshooting Elkton by a 3 to 1 margin, the Huskies were unable to find the back of the net...until Carmine Hess scored off of a pass from Roman Davidyuk. Tyler Parrish made 4 saves in goal for the Huskies.

 


 

Huskies Drop a Pair in Aberdeen Touranment:
~ Weekend of Sept. 4th-6th ~

The Patterson Mill Boys Soccer team dropped a pair of games this weekend in the Aberdeen Tournament first losing to Aberdeen 2-1.  The Huskies fell behind 2-0 in the first half before fighting back to make it a one goal game with 20 minutes left to play.  Sophomore Kyle Walzcak scored the goal for the Huskies with a left footed shot assisted by Roman Davidyuk.  Patterson Mill pressured the Aberdeen defense, but the score remained 2-1.

In the second game vs C Milton Wright, the Huskies found themselves in a 3-0 hole at half time after a sluggish first half.  Patterson Mill regrouped at half time and pulled within 3-2 in the first 10 minutes of the 2nd half.  Goals by Roman Davidyuk (assisted by Kyle Walczak) and Carmine Hess (assisted by Mike Delinski) made the score 3-2 with 30 minutes left.  The Huskies played a super 2nd half but were unable to tie the game.  A late goal by the Mustangs at the 38:00 minute mark sealed the 4-2 win.   Great job Huskies fighting back in both games and not giving up!
